Engineer Technician Manufacturing

As dynamic Engineer Technician Manufacturing you are the electro-technical support of production. Your focus is to NPI (new product introduction) and repair. Your purpose is alignment with R&D around problem escalation and root-cause investigation in case of technical issues. Your responsibilities:

• Build and support prototype assemblies in manufacturing.

• Load software/firmware, start-up and test the first prototype units.

• Debug and repair during prototype phase.

• Act as first line support towards production repair team.

• Support the PQM analysis.

• Fall-off analysis to identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare documentation, configuration and instructions in electro-technical field.

• Collaborate with the R&D team to resolve issues.

• Report to the NPI & Industrialization supervisor.

• Experienced Bachelor’s or recent master’s degree in Electronics.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

• Fluent in Dutch and English
