NPI & Industrializaton Coordinator

We are seeking a talented NPI & Industrialization Coordinator to join our dynamic Production Engineering and Industrialization team and you are stakeholder within the NPI project team. You are the glue logic between R&D and Production. As the NPI & Industrialization Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful introduction of new products and ensuring a smooth transition to production.

Your responsabilities:

• You lead and manage the NPI process from concept to production launch: prototype, pre-series phase, you participate in the NPI meetings.
• You are the interface between R&D and production during the design phase of a new unit.
• You will contribute in setting up the production infrastructure, processes and equipment to enable the successful launch of a new product and turning it into a production stable product, meeting the required specifications and quality level.
• You coordinate the design is reproducible to meet the required specifications, quality levels and cost.
• Together with the prototype team you coordinate the build of the first prototype unit and provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve any NPI-related issues.
• You ensure a clear work instruction set to enable the transfer from prototype assembly to the production line.
• You will report to the Industrialization Manager.

• Master Degree in Electronics or Electromechanics or Bachelor in related field.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Problem solving skills and have a hands-on mentality.
• Fluent in Dutch and English both oral and written.
