Job description

Supports the Sales and Product Management organisation in complex solution selling by providing in-depth technical expertise. Develops a relationship with the engineering department of the customer, as well as internally, to discuss and analyse possible solutions for the customer.

  • Reviews of technical and product related requirements, T&Cs/SOW, as well as quotation preparation and review.

  • Technical support to Sales and Product Management for all Defense & Security and Air Traffic Control product lines.

  • Be first line support towards customers for technical integration issues.

  • Supports technical demonstrations and presentations to customers.

  • Manage the demonstrator unit pool for exhibitions and customer visits.

  • Support of obsolescence management and Product Lifecycle Management.

  • Will report to the Product Manager.

Job requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in the field of engineering

  • Must have a strong technical skill set in similar industry or technology

  • Fluent communication skills in English

  • Technical Problem solving skills

  • Business orientation

  • Commercial thinking

  • An interest or experience in Defense/Security & Air Traffic Control is a plus
